Eric Kastelic

B.S. 2022, Geology, University of South Florida

Eric is a PhD Student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison in the Geological Engineering program. He holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of South Florida. Eric’s research interests include groundwater – surface water interactions, biophysical impacts of land use change, and karst hydrogeology. He currently researches groundwater flooding in the Upper Midwest using remote sensing and field data to identify the formation and growth of seepage lakes.
In Eric’s free time he enjoys hiking, photography, and exploring new places!
